A leading company in the Graphic Arts sector is currently seeking talent for the position of ***OFFSET PRINTING SUPERVISOR*** within our production department. **Objective:** Ensure fulfillment of assigned production orders by coordinating the efficient execution of production programs, guaranteeing that all manufactured products consistently meet required quality standards, as well as properly administering personnel, materials, and machinery operation. **Education:** * TSU in Graphic Arts (Preferred). * Completed High School Diploma (Mandatory) **Experience:** * 3 years or more as Offset Printing Supervisor. * 2 years or more as Offset Printing Department Head / In-Charge. **Knowledge:** · Knowledge of Graphic Arts. · Knowledge of Offset Printing. · Knowledge of Heidelberg / RMGT flatbed presses. · Color theory knowledge. · Basic knowledge of Prinect. (Desirable) · Colorimetry (Preferred). · Editorial production. · Knowledge of printing and finishing processes. · Continuous improvement processes (Preferred). · Quality Management Systems under ISO standards. **Tools or Equipment:** · Office: Basic \- Intermediate. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supply minimum required elements to various machines according to the Production Schedule, anticipating needs by at least 8 hours. * Properly conduct shift handover, ensuring accurate information transfer so the incoming supervisor can continue the Production Program efficiently. * Approve outputs based on reference standards for each machine. * Conduct six rounds during the shift to verify operators perform scheduled sampling and periodic inspections per defined process. * Immediately report any anomalies to the Production Manager and/or General Manager. * Promote implementation of the 5S methodology across all production areas. * Report delays relative to the Production Schedule to the Production Manager and/or General Manager to enable immediate corrective actions. * Promote and contribute to mutual respect among team members. * Notify the Production Manager and/or General Manager of staff absences to facilitate appropriate action. * Ensure quantities meet minimum requirements specified in production orders. * Supervise proper use of machinery and equipment. * Prepare production reports and shift change reports. * Report incidents to the Production Manager. * Report any event jeopardizing quality or production objectives. **Skills and Requirements:** * Assertive Communication. * Emotional Intelligence. * Leadership. * Quality and Continuous Improvement. * Crisis Management. * Internal and External Customer Orientation. * Technical Knowledge. *Competitive Net Salary \+ Weekly Payment \+ Cafeteria Service \+ Full Statutory Benefits.* ***Work Schedule: Rotating (rotation every 30 days)*** **Work Location:** Naucalpan de Juárez, Calle del Esfuerzo \#5C, Col.
