Main Responsibilities * Coordinate recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Manage personnel files and documentation. * Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Manage payroll incidents jointly with the relevant department. * Coordinate onboarding and training processes. * Follow up on performance evaluations. * Support workplace climate and internal communication activities. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Prepare HR reports and metrics.
