Additional training in management or leadership is desirable. * Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Engineering will also be considered only if they possess extensive, verifiable experience in the healthcare sector. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles.
