People who strive to go beyond, grounded in their values and always aiming to help others. **How Can You Leave Your Mark on the World?** * Participate in drafting and registering shareholder assembly resolutions * Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts, lease agreements, trusts, guarantees, and other financial instruments relevant to operations * Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with company operations * Advise the Organization on intellectual property matters to secure licenses and ensure proper use of the company’s image * Carry out necessary procedures before public or private entities to ensure the Organization operates within the applicable legal framework **Requirements to Join Our Tribe** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; possession of both a **Degree Certificate** and a **Professional License** is mandatory. * **Required Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of combined, demonstrable experience in the following areas: Criminal proceedings * Proficiency in drafting defense briefs, filing procedural motions, requesting precautionary measures, and presenting evidence during **preliminary hearings and oral trials**. * Ability to provide **comprehensive legal advisory services** to clients (defendants or victims) from the investigation stage through sentence enforcement. * Solid knowledge of **Corporate and Commercial Law**, including: Reviewing articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder assembly minutes. * Managing notarial certifications and tracking procedures before **Public Notaries**. **What We Offer Our Tribe** * Opportunity to join a growing organization * Apply your expertise and share knowledge with others * Serve as an active participant and communication bridge across multidisciplinary teams * Direct employment under a 100% payroll scheme * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * Grocery vouchers: $1,200 monthly * Savings fund and savings account * Performance bonus * SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Life insurance and additional health benefits * Extra vacation days starting from the first year of employment * Institutional events fostering camaraderie among colleagues * Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements At Podemos Progresar, we focus on placing the right people in the right positions; therefore, each vacancy has a unique recruitment timeline, and we do not stop until we find the perfect talent to join our mission.
