We seek a committed, responsible individual with experience in industrial printing processes and screen printing operations. Functions and Responsibilities Machinery Operation * Operation and handling of Kase machine. * Adjustment and setup of printing equipment. * Verification of proper functioning of machinery and tools. Printing Processes * Placement and adjustment of engravings. * Development and preparation of printing designs on frames or stencils. * Preparation and mixing of inks. * Application and control of screen printing processes. * Flame treatment of products according to process specifications. Quality Control * Validation of print quality and finishes. * Review of production records and parameters. * Compliance with quality standards and internal guidelines. Safety and Compliance * Adherence to operational procedures and safety regulations. * Knowledge of and compliance with ISO system requirements. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. Teamwork * Coordination with production and quality departments. * Support in operational activities related to the production process. Requirements Education * Completed secondary education, technical high school diploma, or equivalent. Experience * Experience in screen printing and industrial printing. * Operation of Kase machine. * Experience in engraving placement and stencil handling. * Ink preparation and printing processes. * Prior experience in the plastic industry is desirable. Desirable Knowledge * ISO quality management systems. * Printing processes on plastic substrates. * Handling of printing tools and materials.
