Teamwork and execution focus Maintenance and Construction Officer Mexico City \| Cuauhtémoc and Cuajimalpa $17,000 to $18,000 net monthly (Project-based or piece-rate payment) About the vacancy At Unique Location, we are seeking a Maintenance and Construction Officer with proven experience across multiple trades and the capability to execute corrective maintenance work and facility adaptation projects at our branches located in CDMX. We seek a proactive, responsible individual focused on work quality; it is essential that the candidate possesses basic hand and electric tools. Main responsibilities * Drywall installation * Plastering and general masonry * Painting * Basic plumbing * Basic electrical work * General branch maintenance * Support for facility adaptations and light construction projects * Travel between different locations as required by operations Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and construction * Proficiency in multiple trades (multiskilled) * MUST possess basic hand and electric tools * Availability to travel between branches * Service-oriented attitude and attention to detail * Teamwork and execution focus We offer * Weekly payment / payment per work progress * Approximate income of $17,000 to $18,000 net * Opportunity for project continuity * Overtime available depending on operational needs * Stability and consistent projects Work area * Revolución * Bosques * Radiatas Schedule Monday to Saturday Standard schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Availability for morning or afternoon shifts depending on the project Important The company provides materials; the candidate must provide their own tools.
