Technical leadership and problem-solving ability Maintenance and Civil Works Foreman Mexico City \| Cuauhtémoc and Cuajimalpa $20,000 to $22,000 net monthly (Project-based or piece-rate payment) About the Position At Unique Location, we are looking for a Maintenance and Civil Works Foreman with broad technical experience across multiple trades and proven ability to coordinate maintenance, renovation, and adaptation works at our branches in Mexico City. We seek an individual with strong operational leadership, quality focus, and verifiable experience as a contractor or civil works foreman; it is mandatory to possess a complete set of personal hand and power tools. Main Responsibilities * Installation of drywall * Electrical work and basic network cabling * Plumbing tasks * Flooring installation * Painting and finishing * Coordination and execution of maintenance and civil works * Supervision of skilled workers or assistants when required * Preparation of material lists and support in quotations * Execution of projects across multiple branches Requirements * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in maintenance and civil works * Verifiable experience across multiple trades * Technical leadership and problem-solving ability * Basic Office software proficiency (for quotations and material lists) * MANDATORY: Full set of personal hand and power tools * Availability to travel between branches * Attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards We Offer * Weekly payment / payment by work progress * Approximate income of $20,000 to $22,000 net * Ongoing projects and stability * Opportunity for operational growth * Overtime available depending on operational needs Work Area * Revolución * Bosques * Radiatas Schedule Monday to Saturday Standard hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Availability for morning or evening shifts depending on operational needs Important Notes ⚠ The company provides materials; the candidate must supply their own complete set of tools. ⚠ Priority will be given to candidates with actual hands-on experience as multi-trade contractors or civil works foremen.
