Job Summary: We are seeking a Finishing Technician to install, repair, and maintain finishes on various surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. Key Highlights: 1. Use of hand and power tools across various tasks. **Finishing Technician** **Location**: Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho, Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México **Salary**: $12,000 MXN per month \+ statutory benefits **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 12:00–21:00 hrs * Saturday: 09:00–13:00 hrs **Minimum Education:** Junior High School **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Basic masonry knowledge * Experience handling drywall and cement board * Installation of stone and ceramic tile (preferred) * Surface preparation for painting * Application of paint, enamels, and sealers * Use of hand and power tools **Primary Responsibilities:** * Installation, repair, and patching * Maintenance of finishes on floors, walls, and ceilings * Preventive and corrective work indoors and outdoors * Damage reporting and work order follow-up * General maintenance support
