Position Summary: We are seeking a CNC programmer with experience in program development and optimization, operation of Haas machinery, and knowledge of metrology. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC program development and optimization for Haas machines 2. Commissioning and adjustment of CNC machines 3. Machining cycle time optimization and reduction **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-CNC program development for Haas machining centers and turning centers. \-Minimum 2 years of hands-on machine programming experience and CAM software usage. \-Experience with WIPS (Renishaw). \-Basic knowledge of MasterCam (SolidWorks is a plus). \-Minimum 1 year of experience using metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.). \-Basic knowledge of G, F, and M codes. \-Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. \-Commissioning and adjustment of CNC machines. \-Machining cycle time optimization and reduction. \-Tool life monitoring and control during the manufacturing process. \-Development of tools and new strategies to achieve departmental objectives.
