Main Responsibilities: Greet and bid farewell to guests. Manage the waiting list and table assignments. Coordinate guest flow with servers and the kitchen. Briefly explain the restaurant’s concept and service style. Confirm reservations. Answer basic questions about the menu and estimated wait times. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
