Main Responsibilities: Greet and bid farewell to guests. Manage the waiting list and table assignments. Coordinate guest flow with servers and the kitchen. Briefly explain the restaurant’s concept and service style. Confirm reservations. Answer basic questions about the menu and estimated wait times. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Support the ambiance and overall experience of the venue. Identify guests’ special needs. Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent appearance and presentation. Friendly, warm, and extroverted personality. Strong communication skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Punctuality and responsibility. Customer service experience (preferred).
