




***Company with 30 years of experience providing professional services in cutting-edge technology solutions and technical support.*** **Seeking Help Desk Operator (Technical Support)** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users. * Receive, register, and track incident tickets. * Perform initial diagnosis and route technical issues to the appropriate department. * Document solutions and update the knowledge base. * Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLA). **Requirements** * Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in process of graduation or already graduated). (Preferred) * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or technical call center.
