We are seeking a talented, results-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent for our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire recruitment process—from job posting to hiring * Conduct competency-based and technical interviews and assessments with candidates * Develop talent attraction strategies using various platforms (job boards, social media) * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and generate recruitment metrics reports * Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and required profiles * Administer psychometric tests and verify employment references * Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection * Knowledge of administering and interpreting psychometric tests * Proficiency in recruitment platforms * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,001.80 – $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone Work Location: On-site
