Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance programs, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and leading the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and develops the maintenance team. 2. Ensures the proper operation of critical machines and equipment. 3. Implements and monitors maintenance KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field * Equipment maintenance experience * Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics * Experience in installation and maintenance of electrical substations * Experience in maintenance of CNC machines, bending machines, laser cutting machines, etc. * Proficiency in handling KPIs **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. * Ensure the proper operation of machines and tools, critical equipment, and industrial services. * Lead and develop the maintenance team (task assignment, training, and performance evaluation). * Implement and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability, unplanned downtime). * Coordinate technical shutdowns, line startups, and major maintenance activities. * Obtain quotations for spare parts from suppliers and manage administrative follow-up. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (LOTO, work at heights, confined spaces).
