WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INTERN WORK LOCATION: SANTA FE Requirements: · Intern or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. · Age: 20\-27 years · Availability during mornings (5 hours), Monday to Friday Responsibilities: .Support in the Organizational Development area for managing change projects, internal communication, and corporate events. \- Content creation, design of announcements, bulletins, newsletters, and management of integration events. \- Logistical support for courses, tracking of training plans, and maintaining updated personnel files.
