Position Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician specialized in automation, cutting machinery, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. PLC experience (Siemens and Rockwell) for diagnostics and monitoring. 2. Proficiency in maintenance of cutting machinery and CNC systems. 3. Ability to repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and read engineering drawings. Automation and Control Competencies * **PLC (Siemens and Rockwell):** Capability to perform diagnostics (troubleshooting), real-time signal monitoring, and replacement of I/O modules. * **Sensors and Actuators:** Maintenance of limit switches, inductive sensors, positioning lasers, and encoders. * **Safety:** Knowledge of safety light curtains and emergency stop relays integrated with the PLC. Specialization in Cutting Machinery * **Precision Mechanics:** Adjustment of linear guides, ball screws, and alignment of cutting heads. * **Tooling:** Replacement and calibration of cutting consumables (discs, nozzles, or blades). * **CNC Systems:** Basic knowledge of control interfaces for automated cutting or pressure-packaging machines. Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems * **Hydraulics:** Leak repair, seal replacement in cylinders, maintenance of power units (pumps), and adjustment of proportional valves. * **Pneumatics:** Installation and repair of solenoid valves, maintenance units (FRL), hoses, and quick-connect fittings. * **Engineering Drawings:** Expert interpretation of symbolic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. Primary Responsibilities * Perform preventive maintenance to avoid deviations in cutting accuracy, assembly, or pallet segregation. * Diagnose complex failures involving combined electrical faults and mechanical/hydraulic responses. * Optimize lubrication and cooling systems of cutting machines. * .Maintain inventory of critical spare parts (valves, seals, PLC modules). Requirements and Soft Skills * **Education:** Technician in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Fault Analysis:** Ability to identify the "root cause" (e.g., is it a hydraulic pressure issue or a PLC command error?). * **Safety:** Strict adherence to **LOTO** (Lockout/Tagout) protocols.
