Collaboration in managing customs entries and ensuring regulatory compliance. **ConecTalent is seeking a Customs Auditor in Lomas De Chapultepec \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to expansion, we require a CUSTOMS AUDITOR Profile: Technical Degree in Foreign Trade and/or Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Customs Procedures, or related field (Degree holder) Minimum 3 years of experience performing the following duties: * Receive pro forma customs entry forms along with required supporting documents. * Verify that the pro forma customs entry complies with Annex 22 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade and other applicable customs provisions. * Verify that COVE information matches the commercial invoice and that the CFDI complies with the COVE Data Dictionary. * Verify that the e\-documents attached to the customs entry comply with Article 36\-A of the Customs Law. * Verify that documents evidencing compliance with non\-tariff regulations and restrictions—and, where applicable, exceptions—are valid, correspond to the goods, and comply with relevant legal provisions. * Review identifiers used to exempt or comply with specific regulations or norms. * Verify the accuracy of calculations for contributions payable in foreign trade. * Return documents to traffic department upon identifying errors, receiving them again once corrected. * Read Official Journal of the Federation (D.O.F.) and circulars issued by Associations of Customs Agents.
