Collaboration in an ideas lab for improvements We are a growing gynecology-specialized institution seeking a creative, proactive, and medically interested **Digital Content Creator** who wishes to develop professionally by producing authentic content in clinical environments. **Position Objective** To produce attractive, professional, and brand-aligned audiovisual content focused on attracting patients and strengthening the institution’s digital presence. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **content recording at branches** and during authorized medical procedures. * Create multimedia content for social media: **videos, photographs, reels, stories, animations, and graphics**. * Participate in **live streams, institutional videos, and educational content**. * Design and execute the **monthly content calendar**. * Develop ideas for **creative and potentially viral content**. * Write **copy, banners, and infographics** aligned with the brand. * Support **social media message management** to generate appointments. * Collaborate with various departments for graphic support. * Propose continuous improvements as part of the department’s **ideas lab**. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Creative, proactive, and self-motivated * Strong attention to detail and excellent spelling * Organized with strong execution capability * Adaptable to dynamic (clinical) environments * Interest in medical and educational content * Good communication skills and ability to work in teams **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field * Minimum **1 year of experience in content creation** * Prior experience in **medical or institutional content** is desirable * Proficiency in **Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)** is mandatory * Basic English proficiency * Availability for **100% in-person work** * Availability to record at various branch locations **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$12,286\.56 gross** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Complimentary uniform * Professional development in the healthcare sector **Work Schedule** Monday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts (rotating shifts) **Work Location:** Near FUCAM (CDMX) **Work Modality:** 100% in-person **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: $12,286\.56 per month Workplace: In-person employment
