




Job Summary: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of food and beverages, cleaning of dining areas and utensils, and general kitchen support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and serving of food and beverages for staff and guests. 2. Maintaining cleanliness and order in dining areas and utensils. 3. General kitchen support and addressing operational needs. § Prepare coffee for staff, restaurant, and hotel banquet rooms. § Keep salad bar equipment chilled with ice. § Prepare bain-marie for food preparation. § Wash glassware and grills. § Prepare drinking water for staff and restaurant. § Wash cutlery, staff and restaurant dining trays. § Assist the cook, serve meals, and deliver food to the staff dining area. § Assist in the kitchen with the dishwashing machine during periods of high workload. § Change tablecloths and transport them to the laundry. § Set cutlery for staff. § Set up staff dining tables (condiments, napkins, etc.). § Daily washing and cleaning of the staff dining area. § Deliver missing food items from the kitchen to the dining area. § Remain attentive to operational requirements as they arise. § Adhere to Posadas policies, operations manuals, procedures, and standards.
