Correctly and efficiently carry out the laundry processes for internal clothing and guest services (where applicable). Perform drying activities for terry items and ironing of bed linens and table linens, ensuring that established timeframes are met according to your equipment. Properly perform clothing ironing tasks, ensuring that each garment receives the appropriate treatment it requires, and fulfilling the service requested by guests. Verify that your equipment is functioning properly. Check that you have the necessary supplies for equipment operation. Assist in collecting and delivering laundry to guest rooms when requested. Review and monitor guest laundry that will be washed or ironed, as well as promised delivery times. Generate room charges for laundry, dry cleaning, and/or ironing services. Execute the washing processes. Execute the drying process for terry items. Carry out ironing and folding according to the specific characteristics of each type of clothing. Perform operational tasks within the area. Prepare control reports.
