Job Summary: Juntex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure inventory control, maintain order, and coordinate daily warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and supervises warehouse operations. 2. Ensures order and organization of materials. 3. Leads and coordinates activities of warehouse assistants. **Juntex, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a "Warehouse Supervisor"** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure and control inventory rotation (First In/First Out) both physically and in the system. * Keep various warehouses orderly, clean, and well-organized. * Identify discrepancies between system records and physical inventory, investigate causes, and correct inconsistencies. * Receive and inspect the physical condition of materials upon receipt. * Coordinate and organize the warehouse, including raw materials and packaging materials. * Supervise preparation of product shipments. * Prepare inventory, loss, or damage reports for materials. * Coordinate internal and external inventory audits. * Assign and supervise daily tasks of warehouse assistants. * Manage forklift logbooks and staff activity records. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry (preferred). * Experience managing logbooks and personnel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Experience managing incoming and outgoing goods. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000.00 **WEEKLY PAYMENTS** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Savings fund. * Additional rest days beyond statutory requirements. * Overtime pay. * Productivity bonuses. * Grocery vouchers: $2,000 monthly. * Year-end profit sharing. * Uniforms. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Work Location:** 5 minutes from San Antonio or San Pedro de los Pinos metro stations.
