




Hiring Manager Quote This position plays a vital role in administration, strengthening the optimization of field operational activities and their financial control—classifying and managing our agave plants, which grow and mature over seven years before being processed to produce the world’s finest tequila: HERRADURA. Meaningful work from day one Ensure continuity and efficiency of agricultural operations through strategic management of agave maintenance services, guaranteeing all tasks are executed on time and to standard under strict budgetary control—and providing data intelligence to support critical field-level decision-making. **What You Can Expect** * Define and ensure achievement of team objectives, while developing growth plans for team members. * Ensure your team has the necessary training and information to perform their duties effectively. * Supervise and manage required resources across the seven operational base offices, ensuring their proper functioning. * Ensure accurate completion and ongoing tracking of active databases for information capture (R.A.D., Operational Services, Purchase Orders, Maintenance Indicators, Early Warning Alerts). * Prepare and present weekly progress indicators for both externally and internally performed agave maintenance activities. * Prepare and present monthly budget and expenditure indicators for the cost centers of operational bases and areas associated with crop maintenance. * Ensure accurate documentation of early warning alerts and generation of indicator reports. * Track operational service orders for crop maintenance—including payment authorizations for extraordinary additional services required to fulfill the technological package. * Track purchase orders from operational bases and cost centers related to crop maintenance—including payment authorizations for extraordinary out-of-budget additional services. * Validate invoices for external operational service payments against reported R.A.D. reference numbers, analyzing authorized unit costs and volumes per budget. **What You Bring to the Table** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), email management, foundational administrative concepts; SAP knowledge is desirable; strong organizational, information control and management skills; familiarity with agricultural activities. **What Makes This Role Unique** * Accountability * Diversity & Inclusion * Leadership * Problem Solving * Teamwork * Strategic Thinking * Planning * Proactivity **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
