Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in troubleshooting technical issues, organizing tasks, and working collaboratively to maintain facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment. 2. Supervise electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. 3. Support facility improvement and renovation projects. We’re looking for you! **Maintenance Assistant** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles. **Specific Knowledge:** Basic proficiency with maintenance tools (multimeters, drills, wrenches, etc.). Ability to interpret technical manuals or instructions. Electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or related fields. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc.). **Skills and Competencies:** Ability to troubleshoot technical problems. Task organization and follow-up. Responsibility and punctuality. Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. Adaptability and willingness to learn. **Key Duties:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and furniture. Monitor the condition of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. Report damages or repair needs to the immediate supervisor. Maintain tools and materials in good working condition. Support facility improvement or renovation projects. Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. **DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS** Certifications in maintenance-related areas (e.g., electricity, plumbing, etc.).
