Responsibilities * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Conduct timely and periodic follow-up with contacts across the Corporate Banking, GBM, WEMA, and SME business lines’ territories for receipt of: Promissory Notes, Disbursement Letters, Contracts, Agreements, Deeds, Guarantees, etc. * Hold monthly meetings with the Legal Department together with business line contacts to track progress on obtaining Contracts, Agreements, Deeds, and Guarantees. * Participate in the physical count of Promissory Notes and Documents upon Supervisor’s request. * Prepare Form F28 promptly and diligently to ensure timely safekeeping of each document, as well as control and tracking of F28 exceptions, and integrate authorized F28 forms into the Jaguar Digital File, as approved by the Custody Services area. * Collaborate with the Corporate Relationship team, Business Service Center, Portfolio Administration, and other involved areas to maintain both the physical and digital client files up-to-date throughout the life of the credit, in compliance with the Commercial Portfolio Credit Manual. * Prepare Cancellation Letters specifying the Preferred Beneficiary, in fulfillment of credit repayment, as well as Authorization Letters for direct payment of insurance claims and/or the Contracting Party. * Promptly address requests for Legal Incident Bureau Reports, Internal Bureau Reports, and Property and Corporate Verification Reports; and diligently manage external vendor information (contracts, emails, addresses, contacts, costs, invoices, etc.). * Promptly respond to requests submitted via Coupa and ICERTIS systems for vendor assessments related to AML topics. * Understand the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. Actively conduct effective and efficient operations within respective areas while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.
