Job Summary: Responsible for optimizing logistics resources, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting delivery and process requirements at a cost center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization of logistics resources and processes. 2. Guarantee 100% on-time and in-full deliveries. 3. Promote the development of new technologies within the organization. Ensure the sustainability of the cost center by implementing logistics processes and best practices to enhance and optimize organizational resources. **1\.\- Attendance Log:** Ensure attendance records for all team members are accurately maintained. **2\.\- Physical Vehicle Inspection:** Audit and verify that operators perform physical-mechanical vehicle inspections, as well as record them in the digital logbook where applicable. **3\.\- Loading and Unloading of Vehicles:** Establish and implement client-defined and Sinergia FLYT-defined processes and policies to ensure optimal handling of cargo, and guarantee no cargo is damaged or lost. Guarantee 100% on-time and in-full deliveries. **4\.\- Timely Departure for Routes:** Ensure vehicles depart on schedule to meet client delivery commitments. **5\.\- Reporting:** Propose and generate productivity, performance, maintenance, etc. reports for continuous monitoring and improvement of the cost center. Achieve company-established objectives. **6\.\- Receipt of Delivery Proof Documents:** Safeguard service evidence and deliver it to the client upon request for verification of service completion. **7\.\- Verification of Administrative and Operational Expenses:** Responsible for reconciling expenses incurred during each trip by each team member under supervision. **8\.\- APP Usage:** Promote the adoption and use of new technologies within the organization. **9\.\- Proper Uniform Usage:** Wear the full and appropriate uniform as stipulated in the company’s internal regulations and the client’s requirements to correctly perform duties and minimize risks. **10\.\- Training Compliance:** Attend training sessions punctually and as scheduled by the relevant department, ensuring continuous professional development. **11\.\- Route Planning:** Establish routes based on deliveries, always selecting the optimal route, and ensure each route is recorded in the system and properly documented.
