Qualifications: * Deliver a personalized and high-end shopping experience aligned with brand standards. * Advise customers on collections, materials, features, care, and meaning of pieces. * Achieve individual and team sales targets, promoting add-on and complementary sales. * Maintain an impeccable personal appearance and ensure proper in-store product display and presentation. * Manage, safeguard, and control high-value jewelry responsibly. * Support operational activities such as inventory control, store opening/closing, and administrative processes. * Follow up on after-sales services and foster customer loyalty.
