Job Summary: Payroll Analyst responsible for executing payroll calculations, managing payroll stamping, disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with tax and social security obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire payroll processing cycle. 2. Ensure compliance with regulatory processes. 3. Provide information for billing and administrative control. **Payroll Analyst** Execute payroll calculations (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly), as well as severance and liquidation payments. • Validate and consolidate payroll incidents, ensuring their correct application. • Manage the complete payroll process: calculation, stamping, disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting. • Calculate, validate, and monitor tax and social security obligations (ISR, ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). • Prepare and validate reconciliations against IMSS (SUA vs. issuances). • Manage IMSS enrollment activities (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). • Generate operational and executive reports (accumulated reports, monthly closings, incidents, variability). • Address client requests related to payroll, providing timely follow-up. • Administer and update the employee database. • Provide information for billing and administrative control processes. • Ensure compliance with regulatory processes (ICSOE, SISUB, and related obligations). • **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (preferably completed)** **Experience:** • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processes. • Experience working with clients (outsourcing/consulting model preferred).
