We seek sales leaders who wish to achieve solid professional development accompanied by high performance-based income. **Job Responsibilities** As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for: * Actively prospecting clients. * Advising and offering the full range of insurance products provided by Allianz. * Closing sales in person and/or remotely. * Providing ongoing follow-up and service to your client portfolio. * Building long-term business relationships. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of sales experience** (preferably in intangible products). * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented profile. * Completed high school diploma, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (**mandatory**). * Initial financial stability to cover expenses during the startup period. **We Offer** * **100% commission-based earnings** (no income cap). * **Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual productivity bonuses**. * **Average monthly income of $12,500 to $30,000**, depending on performance. * Flexible working hours. * **Hybrid remote work model**. * Ongoing training and professional mentoring. * A growth and development plan within the agency. **Job Details** * **Employment Type:** Part-time / Indefinite term * **Minimum Hours:** 15 hours per week * **Work Location:** Hybrid remote (Metepec, State of Mexico) Manuel J.
