Position Summary: We are seeking proactive insurance agents with sales experience to prospect, sell Allianz insurance products, and advise clients, with the goal of developing top-tier advisors. Processing of the Agent Certificate with CONDUSEF **Salary:** MXN 7,000.00 – MXN 20,000.00 per month **Job Description:** At Proyectos JR, we want you to join our team of insurance agents. Our objective is to train the best advisors in the State of Mexico and guide them to expand their client portfolios. As an insurance agent, you will be responsible for actively prospecting and selling Allianz’s comprehensive range of insurance products. **You only need:** * Sales experience (preferably with intangible products) * Communication and persuasion skills * Proactive attitude **Key Responsibilities:** * Face-to-face prospecting and closing of sales * Client service and advisory support * Portfolio follow-up **We Offer:** * 100% commission payout * Internal bonuses (semi-annual and annual) * Flexible hours and remote work * Continuous product training * Processing of the Agent Certificate with CONDUSEF **Employment Type:** Part-time Commission: $7,000 – $20,000 per month **Education:** Completed high school diploma, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory). **Experience:** 2 years in sales Please note that **WE DO NOT OFFER A BASE SALARY**; your earnings depend entirely on your monthly sales performance.
