Direct customer service: taking orders, processing payments, delivering orders to customers, providing information, and guiding customers during order placement. For Delivery (home delivery), responsibilities include taking orders, correctly, quickly, and accurately packing products for delivery drivers. In the lobby, responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding them to seating areas, cleaning tables, and maintaining clean areas. General cleaning tasks.
