Part of the hiring process will be conducted in English.** * Strong command of **applied business data analysis.** * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Sound judgment to prioritize and drive topics with minimal supervision. * Clear, concise, and executive-level written communication. * Ability to interact effectively across all levels both inside and outside the organization. ### **Tools and Work Style** * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Comfort working with databases, tables, metrics, and analysis for decision-making. * **Power BI,** Looker, or Tableau. * Project tracking and organization tools. * Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable deliverables. ### **What Challenge and Learning Does This Role Offer?** Being close to business-moving decisions while working directly with a Founder at a company building something that did not previously exist. This is a high-learning, high-expectation, and accelerated-growth role for someone who wants to cultivate uncommon judgment and execution capability. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive fintech salary: MXN 70k–80k gross per month. * Performance bonus. * SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute coverage). * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Hybrid work model in CDMX. * Personal leave days. * Flexible policies, including extended vacations and work-life balance support. * Birthday off. * TotalPass, with access to gyms and fitness studios. * WeDoctors, offering medical, nutritional, and psychological support. * Career development and continuous learning plan. * Direct employment with full payroll registration (100% nómina). ### **Our Culture** We believe in ownership. We work toward objectives—not hours spent at a computer. We aim for our work to generate impact, and every challenge is also an opportunity to keep learning and growing together.
