Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a shopping mall, responsible for performing minor repairs, assisting specialized vendors and the maintenance supervisor, and responding to reports to ensure the facilities remain in good condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing minor repairs to real estate and facilities. 2. Collaborating with specialized vendors and the maintenance supervisor. 3. Responding to reports for corrective and preventive maintenance. **City Center Shopping Mall** Position: ***Maintenance Assistant for Shopping Mall*** **Location:** Bosques Esmeralda neighborhood in Atizapán de Zaragoza. *We Offer:* * **Salary** of $10,780 monthly gross / Weekly payment via BBVA * Statutory benefits from Day 1; direct hiring / 100% social security coverage * Rotating Shifts: * **Morning Shift**: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * **Afternoon Shift**: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **Afternoon Shift**: Monday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (with 1 rotating day off). *Requirements:* * Education: Junior high school diploma * Experience: 6 months as a maintenance assistant * Valid, up-to-date official documentation Responsibilities: * Perform minor general maintenance repairs to building real estate and facilities. * Assist specialized vendors and the maintenance supervisor in inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and performing minor modifications to facilities and company-owned movable and immovable assets. * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to the established work schedule. * Address assigned reports regarding facility malfunctions, movable or immovable assets, for repair, maintenance, and accident prevention. * Conduct daily diagnostic and repair walkthroughs and maintain daily logs across all building areas.
