If you have experience in restaurant customer service, this is the ideal job for you. **What will make you a strong candidate**: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess, hostess, or similar position. * Experience in restaurant customer service. * Education: High school diploma **Responsibilities:** 1. Execute the complete customer service cycle (greeting, guided tours, promotions, farewell) to enhance the dining room experience 2. Identify, attend to, and follow up with current and potential customers to achieve their attraction and development. 3. Capture and validate customer information and collect necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance in on-site commercial activities 4.
