Position Summary: Technical Leader in the financial sector, responsible for technical analysis, system integration, software design, ensuring technical quality standards and team synchronization during feature development. Technical Leader (Financial Sector) Requirements: Main Responsibilities Responsible for delivering technical analysis and system integration, detailing definitions with other applications involving direct interaction. Works with the Solution Analyst to ensure the team understands user requirements. Provides necessary information while considering identified Information Security requirements. Software design considering the end-to-end (E2E) solution, aligned with Solution Analysts from conception through production deployment and feature delivery to the customer. Ensures interaction with the design of other participating applications in features documented in Confluence. Ensures adherence to technical quality standards for features executed in Confluence sites. Develops the technological strategy based on the BoW as well as application requirements (CSIs S016, S264, and S500) in Jira. Documents and includes design diagrams (e.g., relationship diagrams, component diagrams), specifying communication and security protocols according to the technology stack, and links them to backlog items in Jira. Decomposes Product Backlog functionalities aligned with the identified technological solution together with the Product Owner and Solution Analyst in Jira. Technically refines and updates Product Backlog epics and user stories together with the Product Owner, Solution Analyst, and Developers when required and as part of Sprint events. Resolves specific questions from the squad to ensure understanding of proposed technological functionalities and their correct operation. During feature planning, execution, and release, synchronizes with the team, considering application interactions reflected in generated documentation. Makes visible any blockers/dependencies and technical constraints both within and outside the squad, seeking resolution in coordination with other technical roles. Collaborates with the QA Lead to ensure alignment and documentation of the technical solution and test strategy (Jira, Confluence).
