Position Summary: We are seeking a Hybrid Junior Solutions Analyst to support the elicitation and documentation of functional and technical requirements, as well as solution analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support in elicitation and documentation of functional and technical requirements. 2. Participation in agile ceremonies and activity tracking. 3. Creation of flowcharts and basic process modeling. Profile: Junior Solutions Analyst Hybrid, CDMX Approximately +/- 1 year of experience Requirements: Basic/intermediate knowledge of functional analysis and requirements documentation. Basic knowledge of UML (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Flowcharts). Ability to interpret business processes and functional flows. Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases. Basic understanding of REST APIs and microservices concepts. General knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar. Desirable: Introductory knowledge of data structures and fundamental programming concepts. Desirable: Experience with diagramming/modeling tools such as Draw.io, Enterprise Architect, or Visio. Desirable: Experience analyzing legacy applications or enterprise ecosystems. Required certifications and methodologies: Scrum/Agile knowledge is desirable; formal certification is not mandatory. · Key Activities or Responsibilities: Support in elicitation and documentation of functional and technical requirements. Translation of business needs into functional documentation. Creation of flowcharts and basic process modeling. Analysis and documentation of existing solutions. Participation in validation of functional and non-functional requirements. Support to Senior Analyst and Architect during analysis sessions. Identification of flows, dependencies, and integrations among applications. Creation and maintenance of technical and functional documentation.
