We are currently seeking your talent to join us as: Junior Administrative Payment Analyst | Operations: Experience: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of experience as an Administrative or Operational Analyst focused on payment tracking, administrative control, reconciliations, and coordination with accounting and treasury departments. Responsibilities: Tracking and submission of payment requests. Daily operational matrix control. Alerting on due dates and SLAs. Delivery of payment receipts to clients and partners. Reconciliation of payments made. Coordination with accounting and treasury. Monitoring of operational deviations. Essential Skills: Intermediate Excel, reconciliations, payment tracking, administrative control, accounts payable, management of control and operational tracking matrices. Work Modality: 100% on-site in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
