The position is as Submanager, and responsibilities include: Leadership: Effective supervision of assigned staff. Operations: Rigorous inventory control and cash register management. Administration: Preparation of operational reports, administrative tasks, and submission of payroll or personnel incident reports. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $16,500.00 Monthly food vouchers: $350.00 Punctuality bonus: $2,000.00 (for permanent staff) Statutory and above-statutory benefits: 100% IMSS contribution. Skills: Proficiency in and analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), solid experience in cash register management, passion for technology and sales. Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
