




Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Chief Financial Officer, assisting in decision-making and financial processes. Participation in financial and operational decision-making At Mexico Makers, we seek a professional who will provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Chief Financial Officer, ensuring efficient management of their schedule and strategic activities, as well as direct support in decision-making and financial and operational processes related to marketing, distribution, and logistics. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in International Business or Business Administration (completed) • Master’s degree in Merchandising (preferred) • 3 years of verifiable experience in visual merchandising/retail/retail display. • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel (not mandatory). • Advanced English (mandatory) Skills: • Organization and attention to detail. • Planning, proactivity, and problem-solving. • Effective communication. • Teamwork. • Supplier negotiation. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information. Main Responsibilities: • Management and control of executive schedule. • Coordination of meetings, preparation of minutes, and follow-up on action items. • Preparation and review of financial reports, presentations, and documents. • Support in procurement, invoicing, payments, and expense control. • Inventory tracking, order follow-up, deliveries, and logistics operations. • Coordination with internal departments: Sales, Logistics, Accounting, Technical Support. • Translation and drafting of documents in English and Spanish. • Travel arrangements, per diem management, and liaison with international suppliers/partners. • Handling of confidential information and digital/physical file management.
