




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to develop and update institutional documents, design editorial materials, and ensure consistency of the graphic identity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain visual consistency and quality in materials. 2. Apply graphic identity and adapt assets for digital channels. 3. Develop judgment in brand systems. Your focus will be on executing tasks with order, judgment, and consistency. **What You’ll Do:** * Development and updating of **institutional documents** (books, manuals, presentations). * Design of **editorial materials**, with logic, readability, and structure. * Consistent application of **graphic identity** across all materials. * Adaptation of assets for **digital channels** (social media, email campaigns, presentations). * Tracking of **content calendars** and adherence to deadlines. * Support in gathering **graphic and audiovisual materials**. **We’re Looking For:** * Basic proficiency in **editorial design**, **grids**, and **visual hierarchies**. * Organized file management and logical workflow (layers, versions, naming conventions). * Ability to execute under guidelines and openness to **feedback**. * Sense of **responsibility**, **attention to detail**, and **reliability**. * Interest in developing judgment in **brand systems**. **Your Impact:** You will play a key role in maintaining **visual consistency**, **execution speed**, and **quality** across all materials in the ecosystem.
