Join one of the world's most famous restaurant chains **Join our team at Hooters as a Talent Recruiter!** Hooters Mexico is looking for a strategic, highly personable Recruiter with an impeccable eye for identifying our next stars. **What profile are we seeking?** * Academic background: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. * Experience: 1–2 years in operational and administrative recruitment (hospitality, restaurants, or luxury services preferred). * Brand vision: Ability to identify the best candidates for the brand. * Attitude: High energy and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Passion: Passionate about sports, brand culture, and values. * Innovation: Creative mindset to redesign strategies that continue transforming the brand. **Responsibilities:** * Strategic Sourcing: Manage talent acquisition across online job portals and social media platforms with a creative and persuasive approach. * Competency-Based Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews to ensure administrative and operational staff align with our service culture. * Brand Stewardship: Ensure all new hires meet the standards required to uphold our brand image. * Results Management: Work against coverage targets to maintain fully staffed locations—even during peak operational periods ("Rush"). * Hiring: Prepare hiring documentation and manage administrative onboarding processes. **Key Requirements:** * Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and job portals. * Genuine enthusiasm for the dynamic restaurant environment. * Excellent communication and public relations skills. * Goal orientation and resilience. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $18,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Opportunity to join one of the world's most famous restaurant chains.
