Participation in zero-based budgeting **Maintenance Analyst** * **General Information** Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; availability to work weekends required. Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technician, or related field. Experience: 1 year in a similar position. Knowledge: TPM, KPI Management, Excel. * **Objective** Serve as the GTM leader on the assigned production line(s), actively participating in processes and supporting daily maintenance management for GTM colleagues and area specialists; manage maintenance execution to ensure vertical startup, as well as improve the 5W + 1H methodology to strengthen planned maintenance; comply with Integrated Management System requirements; and actively participate in TPM implementation and consolidation. * **A Day in the Life of** * Lead TPM implementation and application of its methodology within your area. * Adhere to the scheduled maintenance shutdown program to avoid production delays, and also apply Planned Maintenance (TBM). * Participate in the development and execution of zero-based budgeting to prevent deviations in expenditures incurred on the line(s). * Support provision of maintenance tools and requirements for your line(s) and coworkers. * Apply and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS). Apply and follow up on IMS objectives and targets. Use and maintain IMS operational controls, manuals, procedures, and instructions. Verify measurement and monitoring of environmental aspects and OSH risk indicators. Ensure implementation of corrective, preventive actions, and nonconformities under the IMS. Comply with and verify application of PRPs (Prerequisite Programs).
