Opportunity to propose improvements in measurement and analysis. **Job Objective** We seek a Google Tag Manager and Web Analytics Specialist responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing data tracking across digital assets. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of data used by marketing, product, and business teams for decision-making. **What will you do in this role?** * Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager. * Configure events, conversions, and advanced measurement in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\). * Design and implement dataLayer structures. * Integrate marketing and measurement tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Perform debugging, validation, and monitoring of data using tools like Tag Assistant and Preview Mode. * Collaborate with development teams to implement advanced tracking solutions. * Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of collected data. * Document implementations, configurations, and best practices. * Propose improvements in measurement, attribution, and conversion analysis. **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in analytics, digital measurement, or tracking. * Completed bachelor’s degree (degree certificate required). * Experience collaborating with technical and business teams. * Analytical ability and data orientation. * CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). * Tools such as BigQuery, Looker, or CDPs. * Advanced server-side tracking implementations. * Technical experience and knowledge * Solid hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager. * Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\). * JavaScript knowledge for tracking implementation. * Proficiency in HTML and CSS. * Implementation of custom events and advanced configurations. * Knowledge and use of dataLayer. * Experience performing tracking debugging and validation. * Analytical knowledge * Understanding of conversion funnels and customer journey. * Measurement and analysis of digital KPIs. * Knowledge of marketing attribution models. **FULLY ON-SITE POSITION SOUTH OF MEXICO CITY** Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a university degree?
