We are looking for someone who wants to help them grow.*** We are seeking an **SME Financial Advisor** to support businesses in improving their financial health, optimizing resources, and making strategic decisions. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions. * Opportunities for **professional growth**. * **Ongoing training** in financial strategies. * Professional and dynamic work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Financial analysis of SMEs. * Design strategies to improve **cash flow, profitability, and growth**. * Advise business owners on **key financial decision-making**. * Support structuring of **business loans**. * Monitor implementation of financial strategies and measure results. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**. * No prior experience required. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 09:00–19:00 hrs. * Saturday: 10:00–15:00 hrs.
