Additionally, we are certified as a Great Place to Work, reflecting our commitment to people and a positive work environment. **Hybrid Data Analyst Position** **Work Location:** Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, CDMX, near Auditorio Metro Station or Campo Marte MB Station. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 – 17:30; Friday, 8:00 – 14:30. Office attendance is required once every 15 days; the remainder of the work is performed remotely. **Job Objective:** Ensure analysis of customer behavior data, guarantee implementation of technological solutions that facilitate access to reliable and timely information, and generate valuable insights for decision-making. **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field; recent graduate or currently completing studies. **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Information Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer. **Other Required Skills for the Role:** * Excel: Advanced * Power BI: Basic \- Intermediate * Dashboard Development: Basic \- Intermediate * Insight Generation: Basic – Intermediate * SQL or Python: Preferred **Required Competencies for the Role:** * Organization and follow-up * Service orientation * Innovative and creative problem solving * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork **Teamwork Key Responsibilities:** * Interactive Dashboard Design: Create visual dashboards and reports to facilitate access to KPIs, metrics, and comparisons using tools such as Power BI. * Data Source Integration: Connect and consolidate data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, FNET, DWH, databases, etc.). * Workflow Automation: Design efficient processes to update data in real time or on a scheduled basis. * Data Modeling: Build analytical structures to support agile analysis, including OLAP cubes or relational models in tools such as Power BI or SQL Server. * Data Storytelling: Translate analyses into clear, compelling narratives aligned with business objectives. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary * 100% payroll-based compensation structure * Direct employment contract with the company * Biweekly salary payments * 12 vacation days in the first year * 25% vacation bonus * 30-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * 5% savings fund * 3% food vouchers * Birthday leave * Birthday gift card * TotalPass * Additional benefits If you meet the profile, don’t hesitate to apply to begin the hiring process. !!
