At DiDi Food, we’re looking for a **City Key Account Hunter** to lead our growth by identifying, convincing, and onboarding the best restaurants in your city. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and prospect top brands and restaurants in your territory through fieldwork, cold calls, networking, and direct outreach strategies. * Understand each potential partner’s needs and present customized value propositions that convert prospects into long-term allies. * Overcome objections through strategic negotiation and empathy to ensure successful closures. * Build strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., owners, operations managers) to establish high-impact, lasting partnerships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and support for new partners. * Deliver weekly reports with relevant market insights and commercial performance metrics. * Exceed your business targets with a competitive mindset and results-oriented focus. * Lead the 90-day launch plan for each new account, ensuring a solid start.
