In this key role, you will report directly to the **CFO**, and face the challenge of coordinating banking operations, supervising the Revenue department, and guaranteeing impeccable financial discipline within one of the most dynamic companies in the sector. **What will you do with us?** * **Lead Comprehensive Treasury Management:** You will have full control over daily cash positions per bank and currency, managing the payment calendar and complying with internal policies. * **Cash Flow Planning:** You will prepare and monitor the weekly cash flow, prioritizing strategic payments and projecting cash requirements in coordination with the Finance Directorate. * **Supervision and Leadership:** You will coordinate the Revenue Analyst and operationally supervise the Revenue department of TAO and our SOFOM. * **Banking Relationship and Reporting:** You will manage banking portals, resolve incidents, and generate high-level executive reports for decision-making. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **8 years** in corporate treasury, cash flow management, bulk payments, and reconciliations. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in electronic banking, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (ideally **Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central**). * **Industry:** Prior experience in real estate developers, construction firms, or SOFOMs is desirable. * **Skills:** We seek someone with strong attention to detail (focus on accuracy), sense of urgency, execution capability, and solid leadership. * **Language:** Intermediate English (desirable). **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $35,000 to $40,000 net monthly. * **Security:** Permanent employment contract. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. * **Location:** Corporate offices in **Santa Fe, CDMX** (on-site work). **If you are ready to take the next step in your career and lead the financial heart of a major group, we want to meet you!** Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
