Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Spring Boot **Tech Lead** **Purpose of the Role** Lead the definition and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions, ensuring development quality and guiding the team in executing the technology roadmap. **Main Responsibilities** * Define the architecture and technical solution for developments. * Provide technical leadership to the development team, serving as a reference point. * Make decisions regarding technologies, frameworks, and development standards. * Ensure code quality through best practices and code reviews. * Resolve complex technical issues and provide support to the team. * Guarantee security, performance, and scalability of solutions. * Coordinate the technical implementation of the product roadmap. * Participate in technical estimations and delivery planning. * Ensure proper integration with existing systems. * Support deployments and address critical incidents. * Collaborate using agile methodologies (Scrum). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role. * Experience leading development teams. * Proficiency in: * Java, JavaScript, Angular, Spring Boot **Experience with:** * AWS (cloud architecture), Kubernetes * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum). * Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and development best practices.
