




Job Summary: This position seeks an experienced leader to ensure the profitable and efficient execution of projects and services at Artisoft, guaranteeing quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Lead multidisciplinary teams in IT operations and digital transformation. 2. Define operational strategy and oversee PMO, Implementation, Support, and QA. 3. Manage budget, margin, and profitability per project. **Job Objective** Ensure the profitable and efficient execution of projects and services at Artisoft, guaranteeing quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, operational scalability, and lead the operations team to develop and strengthen employees’ competencies and skills. **Key Responsibilities** · Define operational strategy and delivery capacity. · Supervise PMO, Implementation, Support, and QA. · Manage budget, margin, and profitability per project. · Establish KPIs, SLAs, and service standards. · Optimize processes, methodologies, and tools. · Plan resources and HeadCount (workloads and timelines). · Report operational and financial results to Executive Management (Dashboards). **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Operational margin per project · On-time delivery (Gantt) · Customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) · Performance management of direct reports · Resource utilization **Profile** · Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in a related field · Experience managing multidisciplinary teams · ITIL / PMP / Agile certification preferred **Experience:** * 8–12 years managing IT operations (implementation of STW (ECM, BPM, ERP, SaaS), intangible services, digital transformation, automation, software development, AI). * Financial/P&L management experience * OnBase / ECM / BPM / process automation experience preferred * Agile or PMI methodologies * Implementation of AI or intelligent automation tools * Technological ROI evaluation * Change management and digital adoption Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX
