**Job Objective**
Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products and services, promoting cross-selling.
* Experience in sales or customer service.
* Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan.
* Ensure proper implementation and execution of strategies related to deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll services.
* Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances.
* Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer.
* Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoter Agent.
* Field sales (cambaceo): promotion of products outside the point of sale.
* Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans.
* Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Requirements**
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
* Experience in placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services.
* Knowledge of AFORES.
* Goal- and objective-oriented.
* Experience in field-based customer prospecting activities (cambaceo).
* Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
* Integrity in performing job duties.
**Value Proposition**
* Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,000.
* Weekly commissions of: $860 MXN.
* Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority.
