Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. **Minimum Qualifications** * Support the end\-to\-end coordination of global initiatives, including planning, tracking, and execution follow\-up to ensure timely and high\-quality delivery. * Maintain and manage project plans, status reporting, and documentation, ensuring accurate visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions. * Partner with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and regions (US, LACC, APAC, EMEA) to ensure alignment, effective communication, and smooth execution. * Support PMO activities including portfolio tracking, resource allocation monitoring, and reporting to enhance governance and delivery transparency. * Provide analytical support by generating insights from project and operational data to inform decision\-making and identify improvement opportunities. * Assist in identifying, tracking, and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and maintain delivery momentum. * Collaborate with Control Management, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure initiatives align with regulatory and control requirements. * Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, standardization, and scalability across markets. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support effective execution and integration of initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences. * Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). * Solid organizational and project coordination skills; foundational knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop structured analysis and presentations. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global teams and multiple lines of business. * Results\-oriented with strong attention to detail and accountability. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt to change effectively. * Basic understanding of Global Business Integration (GBI), Customer Protection \& Risk Operations (CPRO), or related operational environments is preferred. * Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, or data tools (e.g., SAS/SQL) is a plus. **Compliance Language**We back you with benefits that support your holistic well\-being so you can be and deliver your best.
