




Job Summary: Operational Administrator responsible for project-level budget control, supplier payment management, bank reconciliations, and monitoring of billing and collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages budgets and supplier payments. 2. Oversees billing, collections, and administrative project closings. 3. Resolves administrative issues and coordinates urgent payments. **Vacancy: Operational Administrator** **Responsibilities:** * Control project budgets (budget vs. actual expenditure). * Plan and monitor supplier payment schedules. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Validate customer invoicing and monitor collections. * Supervise project, customer, and supplier onboarding. * Track purchase orders (POs) and supporting documentation. * Resolve administrative issues in real time (payments, suppliers, documentation). * Coordinate urgent payments during project execution. * Execute administrative project closings (expenditures vs. budget). * Consolidate financial information for periodic reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 3–5 years of operational administration experience (preferably project-based). * Experience with CFDI invoicing (PUE, PPD, addenda). * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Experience with project-level budget control. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
